Built for small businesses that bid on public contracts.

The mission

BidCommand exists to level the playing field. Large primes spend tens of thousands of dollars on GovWin, Bloomberg Government, and dedicated BD staff just to know which opportunities exist and whether to bid. Small businesses — the 8(a)s, WOSBs, HUBZone firms, and veteran-owned companies that federal agencies are required to work with — are doing that same research in browser tabs, spreadsheets, and gut instinct.

That ends here. BidCommand gives small businesses enterprise-grade bid intelligence, AI proposal drafting, and full compliance tracking for less than the cost of one hour of a BD consultant's time per month.

Who is Coach Kay?

Coach Kay is an AI Transformation Coach, Master Certified Life Coach, Accredited AI Consultant, AI Strategist, and Certified AI Prompt Engineer. She leads Coach Kay Elevates and is the author of The Contributor Code. Her approach to contracting rests on one belief: winning contracts is a system, not luck. It takes the right intel, the right process, and the right preparation, and those things can be taught.

BidCommand puts that methodology into software. Its workflows, scoring models, compliance checks, and proposal frameworks follow the steps Coach Kay teaches.

What BidCommand does

• Universal bid discovery — federal opportunities via SAM.gov, with state and local feeds expanding in 2026
• AI proposal drafting — structured outlines seeded from your company knowledge base (Vault), turned into submission-ready sections
• Compliance engine — bid scorecards, DBE tracking, WH-347 certified payroll, SAM exclusion checks, prevailing wage monitoring
• Capture management — Kanban pipeline, win-loss debriefs, competitor analysis, teaming partner tracking
• AI Assistant (Agent Add-on): an AI assistant built on Coach Kay's methodology that answers compliance, certification, and strategy questions using your company data
